There is no simple answer. Frankly, everyone is different. You should experiment a bit to see what works best for you. There are a couple general pricinciples to follow, however.
First, it is critical that you keep any Andro, Norandro type products away from foods and digestion. In fact, we recommend that you mix a little baking soda in water and drink it prior to taking these products or perhaps take a Tums or Di-Gel tablet right before taking your Andro or Norandro.
After that here are some guidelines that seems to work best for most of the people most of the time:
Muscle Gain: 200-400 mgs Andro before training. 100 mgs after and 100-200 mgs. on the off days.
Muscle Gain/Definition: 200 mgs. Andro before training. 100 mgs. after and on off days. 100-200 mgs. NorAndro any time on all days.
Definition: 200 mgs. NorAndro everyday.
Most people take Andro and NorAndro with other products. Here are some guidelines to follow:
1. Separate it from any protein shakes by at least 30 minutes.
2. Separate it from Creatine by at least 30 minutes.
3. You may take it simultaneously with most other pill or cap products such as Muscle Max from Team XL.
