Tricep Dip
How to do:

1. Line up two flat exercise benches so they are parallel to each other
and 2-3 feet apart.

2. Curl your fingers around edge of bench for support.

3. Your hands should be 5" apart.

4. Lower your body slowly by bending your upper arms.

5. Go as slow as you possibly can and then slowly return to starting
position.

6. Return to starting position

7. Inhale up, exhale down.
