USAGE

Take 1 to 2 sprays of Renewal™ under the tongue three (3) times a day, five (5) days a week. Hold the liquid under the tongue for 30 to 60 seconds, then swallow.
To maximize absorption into the body, this should be done at least 30 minutes before or after eating, drinking juice or coffee, brushing teeth, etc. Water with not interfere with the absorption.
The best time to take Renewal™ is first thing in the morning, again in the mid-afternoon, and then just before bed at night.
It is important to take at least one day off each week. This allows the pituitary gland to function on its own, keeping it in optimal condition.
After taking Renewal™ for 3 or 4 months it is a good idea to abstain for a week to 10 days. This allows the GH receptor sites in the body to rest and for the body to "air out."
Each Renewal™ product is very synergistic when used with any of the others. You can take a dose of Renewal™ GH and after swallowing wait ten or fifteen seconds and follow it with a dose of Male, Female or any of the other products.

TIMING OF RESULTS

Noticeable results will vary from person to person. The average is around two to three weeks. Some have reported experiencing results much quicker while for others it has taken longer.
Important: Once the benefits begin, at times the body can hit a plateau — specific results may seem to diminish or to even disappear. This is the body using growth hormone to rebuild tissue, and to a degree "resting." This plateau effect may occur every several months and can last as long as two or three weeks, or even more.
