One On One
This form was written for people who would like to be included in our free, on-line personal training program. Currently, we have thousands of participants in this program. All participants take part in a free assessment and are assigned to one of our professional trainers who help them to develop training, diet and nutritional programs specifically for them. Our trainers continue to monitor each persons progress and suggestchanges or improvements as needed.

This form was written for people who feel that they are overweight and would like our free, expert help in designing programs for them to achieve their weight loss goals.
