Ready for a change?

It CAN happen. Most people get enormous changes by adding protein to their diet and by trimming carbohydrates. Some good brisk exercise helps. As does taking the correct nonfood fuels. GABA, a natural amino acid, is the core to my program.
When I lost my weight, I followed a very easy formula. I exercised lightly 3 times a week, ate plenty of protein, cut my carbohydrates and took 5 grams of GABA every night before bed. Within 150 days my weight had dropped from 220 to 118. Four years later, I can honestly say, My life has been permanently changed for the better.
