Kegel Exercises
Some women, who have talent and take interest in their vaginal strength, can become expert in using their muscles during sex to greatly enhance their partners and their own pleasure.

Unfortunately, some women, even though they take interest in their body and do exercises to get fit (either for health reasons or to be more attractive) seem to care only for the "outside" often neglecting that it is equally important to exercise the" inside". Actually when it comes to attractiveness the inside may be even more important than the outside, as many men prefer a women who has good control of her vagina to a women with a perfect body. That's positive as it is easier to exercise the vagina than to get a perfect body.
As well as being very simple to do, this exercise only takes a few minutes each day. And unlike other exercises (like jogging, swimming, strength training, etc.) you don't even have to take a shower afterwards and the results are very rewarding.
All you do is simply contract the vagina then relax, Repeat this 20-40 times a day depending on your strength. When doing this you should not use your stomach, leg, back or buttock muscles. Breathe slowly and deeply. Put your hand on your stomach as you squeeze your pelvic muscle. If you feel your stomach, leg or buttock muscles move try it again. Once you figure out which muscle it is it's easy. For best results, as with any other exercise, you must do it faithfully. The muscle won't increase overnight. Most women will notice results after just three weeks. No one can tell you're doing this exercise so, it's convenient to do it anywhere, anytime. If you already have a daily routine, you can just add this to you schedule.
