Nutrition Strategy:
Consume 6 balanced meals per day. Each meal should contain one portion (size of the palm of your hand or clinched fist) of protein and one portion of carbohydrates.
Restrict your fat intake to 40 grams of primarily unsaturated fat per day. Drink at least 120 ounces of water each day. We also recommend you refer to the Myoplex Recipes Guide for additional Myoplex Recipes.

Supplement Strategy:
Supplement 2 servings of Myoplex Deluxe each day,
1-2 servings of SyntheVol HP preferably taking one of these servings
immediately following your workout,
2 servings of ZMA HP with one serving taken 30 minutes prior to exercise and 1
serving right before going to bed on an empty stomach.
